Sri. Mittapalli Venkata Koteswarao is the Founder of Gayatri Educational Development Society and Chairman of the Narasaraopeta Engineering College. He is a well known Philanthropist and Industrialist of Guntur District and He is also one of the members of “SONET - Society for Networking for Excellence in Technical Education, Govt. of A.P.
