| The Gayatri Educational Development Society (GEDS) is the sponsor of "Narasaraopeta Engineering college". The society is founded by a group of Philanthrophists, Academicians and Industrialists to promote quality education in the state, especially in the palnadu area as a gift of Golden Jubilee year of Independence viz.in the year 1997-1998. The Narasaraopeta Engineering College, NRT has been fast developing with all infrastructure, permanent buildings,labs,library,permanent cement roads,landscaping etc...,. under the progressive management of Sri M.V KOTESWARA RAO, who is President of GEDS and Chairman of the college managing committee.
